Administrative Assistant | Sales Team
Holland Home is one of the largest non-profit providers of senior living services in Michigan. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Sales Department who will support the Vice President of Sales and Brand Marketing as well as the sales team.

Responsibilities
Represent as the first point of contact for phone inquiries regarding independent living and assisted living options with Holland Home
Preparing reports and necessary paperwork for the Sales team
Prepare and mail sales packets and materials
Assign referrals to the appropriate Senior Living Consultant
Inventory and order sales materials, office supplies, etc
Maintain mailing lists
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of administrative experience supporting a team of professionals
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and field calls/questions from current and prospective residents and their families
Proven written and computer skills necessary to maintain required documentation
Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment, with frequent interruptions, while maintaining a positive, friendly, customer service focus
