Responsibilities

Implement configuration-driven Salesforce solutions aligned to user stories and sprint objectives using Low-Code / No-Code (LCNC) tools
Build and maintain Salesforce components including objects, fields, Flows, approval processes, validation rules, record types, page layouts, and complex sharing models
Develop and maintain reusable components and standardized configurations to improve delivery consistency and team productivity
Collaborate with developers to support customizations, integrations, and enhancements
Support integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and built-in connectors in coordination with developers and architects
Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement, contributing to story breakdown, task estimation, and implementation approach
Support release planning and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing and executing test scripts
Partner with QA teams to identify, track, and resolve defects using tools such as Jira
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues, supporting root cause analysis and remediation
Collaborate with platform architects on design decisions, configuration strategy, and delivery tradeoffs
Partner with UI/UX specialists to implement front-end designs that support usability and accessibility requirements
Ensure solutions meet accessibility standards, including Section 508 compliance
Support data preparation, validation, cleansing, deduplication, and migration activities to maintain data integrity
Maintain delivery-focused documentation for configurations, processes, and implemented solutions
Manage user access and security including user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy
Create and optimize reports and dashboards to support business insight and decision-making
Monitor platform health, including storage usage, login activity, and release impacts

Required

3–6 years of experience in Salesforce administration or configuration-driven delivery roles
Strong hands-on experience supporting Salesforce implementations using declarative tools, particularly Flow
Experience supporting development teams through configuration, testing, release activities, and ongoing delivery support
Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including sprint planning, UAT, and iterative releases
Experience partnering with developers, QA, and release management teams
Familiarity with Salesforce modules such as Service, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or Data Cloud
Experience using work management and defect tracking tools such as Jira
Experience configuring and managing Salesforce security, including org security settings, field-level security, sharing rules, and audit logs
Experience creating and optimizing reports and dashboards to support business stakeholders and decision-making
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document configurations and processes
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and support multiple requests simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
This position requires U.S. citizenship or Green Card

Preferred

Experience working with Federal agencies, particularly the Department of Veterans Affairs, is a plus
Familiarity with integration platforms and tools such as MuleSoft
Exposure to reporting, analytics, or visualization tools such as Tableau
Experience supporting integrations with Microsoft products such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, or Power BI
Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release concepts
Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201), Advanced Administrator (ADM-211), or Platform App Builder
