Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Answering questions on members benefit plans
A typical day will be 50 calls and on a day with higher volume it could be up to 70 although that is rare
Must be comfortable multi tasking by speaking with the member and documenting information while on the phone with the member
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
2+ years of call center experience; healthcare insurance is strongly preferred
Preferred
Preferred experience working remote
