Mid LevelOutside Agents is seeking a skilled full-time WordPress Website Designer who also enjoys teaching and mentoring users. This role blends creative website design with client guidance and support, helping travel agents and travel agency owners build modern, conversion-focused websites and confidently manage them.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and customize WordPress websites using WYSIWYG page editors
Create attractive, responsive layouts that follow UX/UI best practices
Implement clear calls-to-action, navigation flow, and lead-generating design strategies
Build pages focused on conversion and customer acquisition
Coach non-technical users through updating and managing their website (Zoom or in person)
Troubleshoot WordPress, theme, or plugin-related issues
Record how-to videos, screen shares, and resource materials for training
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client education
Qualification
Required
Experience designing WordPress websites (portfolio required)
Skilled in creating custom layouts using WYSIWYG editors (Beaver Builder/Divi/Elementor/Gutenberg, etc.)
Understanding of marketing concepts, CTA placement, and conversion flow
Knowledge of lead generation strategy and website funnel structure
SEO fundamentals (on-page formatting, titles, metadata, headings, structure)
Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
Comfortable coaching non-technical clients step-by-step
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript
Ability to create training videos and instructional walk-throughs
Preferred
Experience in the travel industry or designing for travel agents
Canva graphic design proficiency
Understanding of ADA website accessibility requirements
Prior teaching, coaching, or mentorship experience
