Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to enhance and automate finance processes using AI and advanced analytics
Support the implementation and optimization of AI tools within finance workflows (e.g., reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, controls)
Partner with finance stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to finance team members on AI tools and best practices
Help build internal capability and confidence in using AI across the Finance function
Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and assess their relevance to finance operations

Required

Background in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Financial Operations
Demonstrated experience working with AI, automation, or advanced analytics, ideally in a finance setting
Strong understanding of finance processes and pain points
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, practical manner
Collaborative mindset with an interest in change management and enablement

Preferred

Experience implementing AI tools such as forecasting models, process automation, or data-driven decision systems
Exposure to tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or AI-enabled finance platforms
Experience delivering training or upskilling sessions to non-technical teams
Consulting or transformation experience within finance
