Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of personal lines customer service, focusing on existing policies and new business opportunities
Conduct thorough coverage analysis and assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims services
Engage in customer outreach to provide proactive service and strengthen client relationships
Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling on existing accounts
Upon obtaining the necessary licenses, quote and bind new business policies
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within six months of employment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with management systems
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others
High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Work authorization needed if not a citizen
