Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on the job site
Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones
Supervise site operations, including workforce management and equipment management
Ensure adherence to safety compliance and quality assurance standards
Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues
Assist in contract negotiations and budget management to optimize project costs
Provide team leadership and training to ensure staff are performing at their best
Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Problem solve on-site issues as they arise to minimize delays

Required

Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction management

Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking
Experience with equipment management and blueprint reading

Preferred

Experience with budget management and contract negotiation is a plus
