Inside Sales Representative, Opengear (Northeast)

Responsibilities
Responsible for participating in the identification and qualification of sales opportunities and assigning accounts to appropriate sales personnel
Outbound and inbound telesales activities and accountable for developing and supporting revenue growth for assigned accounts, verticals, and customers
Closing key opportunities, identifying new account opportunities, and managing existing business
Provides support to outside sales positions as required
Manages and supports current key customer accounts, including forecasting, pipeline updates, shipping coordination, and backlog management
Schedules and attends regular follow-up meetings, quarterly business reviews, demonstrations, and pilots
Increase sales within the existing customer base by cultivating relationships and identifying new or follow-on products, applications, services, or programs
Create business opportunities by identifying prospects within targeted accounts
Co-develops customer profiles and organizational charts within the assigned territory, account, or vertical
Qualifies assigned inquiries to create opportunities originating from BDRs, SDRs, trade shows, and channel partners
Meets or exceeds assigned revenue goals and objectives for base accounts
Maintains strong knowledge and awareness of competitive products and programs
Maintains detailed account profiles, account status, and up-to-date activity reporting in the CRM system, such as Salesforce (SFDC)
Actively pursues continuing education and professional development to maintain and enhance job-related technical and functional skills
Typically closes sales via telephone, web meetings, chat, email, or other electronic communication methods
Participates in a sales incentive and commission plan
Qualification
