Sr Paralegal
Gartner is currently seeking a Senior Paralegal for our Commercial Americas Team. The SP will interface with various organizations to support the sale and delivery of Gartner Business, Technology and Insight services and will be responsible for contract management and policy repository maintenance.

Responsibilities
Manage Gartner’s Commercial contracts and approval process for Americas Legal team, working with stakeholders across partner organizations
Lead review and negotiation of simple contracts, such as Nondisclosure Agreements or client dispute settlement agreements
Support Credit and Collections group in responding to client disputes. Includes helping with fact gathering and discussions with clients
Maintain Commercial Americas Team’s policy repository, including development and updates to policies (including supporting collateral, if applicable), playbooks, and organization of Sharepoint repository. Point person for policy questions from Global Commercial team
Prepare and communicate internal/external reporting requirements
Assist with ancillary information requests related to contractual and business matters
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's Degree, with discipline in project management or similar preferred
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a corporate legal department, preferably including contract management experience
Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (including Sharepoint and OneDrive), and Gen AI contracting tools
Strong negotiation skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred
National Contract Management Association (NCMA) certification(s) (i.e. CPCM, CFCM, etc.) and/or Project Management certification(s) (i.e. PMP, CAPM, CPM) preferred
Language skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese a bonus
