Responsibilities
Own the full billing and revenue flow: from accurate, on-time invoicing to clean revenue recognition aligned with contracts and accounting standards
Keep Accounts Receivable healthy: track balances, manage aging, and proactively follow up on overdue payments
Make sure our billing systems reflect how revenue actually works, partnering with SalesOps on non-standard and complex pricing models
Oversee customer payments and reconciliations, matching cash to invoices and supporting a smooth month-end close
Build clear AR and invoicing reporting and work closely with other teams to quickly resolve billing, contract, and payment issues
Qualification
Required
1-2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, Finance, or a similar role
Understand revenue accounting basics and basic revenue recognition principles
Confident in Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable with formulas, reconciliations, and pivots
Detail oriented, process driven, and reliable when working with large datasets across multiple systems
Communicate clearly in English at B2 level or higher
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, subscription-based, or technology companies
Experience working with multiple payment channels (banks, PSPs, payment platforms)
Familiarity with billing and invoicing systems (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Wise, PayPal, Zenskar)
Experience with accounting or ERP systems (QuickBooks, 1C, NetSuite etc.)
Experience supporting implementation of automated billing processes
