Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to define project goals and requirements
Prepare and review architectural designs, including detailed drawings and specifications, using Revit and other industry-standard software
Ensure projects comply with regulatory standards including HCAI, OSHPD, and DSA
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and compliance with design specifications
Coordinate with various disciplines, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to develop integrated project solutions
Oversee project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence, maintaining clear records of project progress
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on healthcare and education projects
Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software
In-depth knowledge of healthcare and education building codes and regulations, including HCAI, OSHPD, and DSA
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
NCARB certification and AIA membership
