Responsibilities
Define the vision and product strategy for the Marketplace & Commerce Platform
Set, track, and deliver against product and business objectives
Collaborate closely with engineers and data scientists to build impactful commerce and marketplace solutions
Engage with leadership and stakeholders from the Revenue organization
Work directly with customers to gather feedback, understand market needs, and champion our products
Deliver high-quality products that help our customers grow their businesses
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in product management, including 5+ years leading product teams
Experience in large-scale companies and in navigating organizational complexity to deliver results
Proven experience building and scaling commerce or two-sided marketplace solutions
Strong analytical skills and data fluency: ability to interpret test results, form hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions
Demonstrated success in bringing commercially viable products to market
A track record of strong collaboration with business teams—co-creating strategies, aligning cross-functional teams, and motivating stakeholders
Preferred
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
