Responsibilities
Lead and deliver supply chain optimization projects, fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve stakeholder alignment and drive operational excellence
Drive and uphold data quality and governance standards to optimize supply chain operations and decision-making
Oversee process improvement programs and maintain data stewardship practices for the Equipment Supply Chain Planning and Operations team
Collaborate on the development of the supply chain data model and provide functional expertise in assessing change requests, conducting impact analyses, and shaping system architecture to ensure data integrity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program management
Experience with SQL and Python, dashboard creation, data architecture and data governance
Experience working with supply chain operations or data center equipment teams
Preferred
MBA or Master's degree in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience working with master data, data governance and MDM solutions
Experience in SQL, Python, Tableau, Metrics Dashboards and Data Visualization (e.g., calendar, sheets, drive, docs, forms etc)
Proficiency in Project Management Professional (PMP) standards, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), DMAIC, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, SCIPAB, and other industry-standard quality tools
