Responsibilities
Design high impact creative assets across digital, print, social media, web, email, and on-site applications
Support marketing campaigns, ride launches, seasonal events, promotions, and brand initiatives
Create social media graphics, paid advertising creative, presentation decks, and internal marketing materials
Design signage, posters, large format graphics, wayfinding, and environmental branding throughout the park
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to meet business and creative objectives
Maintain and evolve brand standards while ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
Prepare production ready files and coordinate with printers, fabricators, and external vendors
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of group sales experience in attractions, theme parks, hospitality, entertainment, or destination venues
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized with strong CRM and reporting discipline
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
Preferred
Experience selling group experiences at scale
Knowledge of the Texas market and regional group travel landscape
Experience working with schools, corporate planners, tour operators, or sports organizations
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
