Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and enhance performance
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the region
Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability
Utilize sales forecasting techniques to predict future sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Oversee territory management to ensure effective coverage and resource allocation
Leverage CRM software (such as HubSpot) to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and drive business development initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the manufacturing or printing industry
Demonstrated skills in team leadership and developing high-performing sales teams
Strong market analysis and territory management skills
Excellent account management and client relations abilities
Proficient in negotiation and closing sales deals
Experience with sales forecasting and reporting
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly HubSpot, and other sales tools
Ability to identify and develop distribution channels to enhance market penetration
