Responsibilities
Own day‑to‑day field service in your local market: troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance on CNC machine tools
Resolve customer issues with urgency and clarity; provide sales support and occasional on‑site training
Communicate effectively with operators, engineers, and leaders in diverse shop environments
Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically in every interaction
Maintain complete customer records and technical documentation for every case or project
Pitch in on other related duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Hands‑on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers
Well‑rounded diagnostic ability across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Preferred
Exposure to Swiss‑type (sliding headstock) machines
