Responsibilities
Provide warm and friendly service to every customer
Be responsible for stock management, whilst ensuring a clean and tidy cafe environment
Crafting quality coffee and food with care and consistency
Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team who make a difference to the community and have fun along the way
Follow all Occupational Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe and welcoming cafe environment
Qualification
Required
A genuine passion for customer experience, positive attitude and strong work ethic
Great communication and teamwork skills
To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Preferred
Previous experience in hospitality, café or as a Barista is a plus, but not essential – we'll provide the training!
