Customer Service Representative - Medicaid

Responsibilities
Actively hiring fully remote Medicaid Customer Service Representatives for our healthcare client!
They will be speaking with a more elderly population and so empathy and patience is key
They will help them walk through their Medicaid benefits and answer any questions they may have
Calls will be all inbound, typically between 50 and 70 a day
Qualification
Required
High school diploma / GED required
2+ years as a health insurance / medica call center rep
Preferred
Medicare health insurance preferred
