Responsibilities
Plan, initiate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
Lead project meetings to communicate updates and resolve challenges effectively
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain open lines of communication
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Proven experience managing commercial projects, specifically restaurant tenant improvements
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and safety regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
