They are seeking a visionary Head of Creative to define and lead the brand's creative identity, focusing on content creation for social media platforms. The role involves hands-on content production and collaboration with leadership to build a compelling brand narrative.

Responsibilities

Define the Creative Vision: In partnership with leadership, establish and own the overall creative strategy, brand voice, and visual identity for Moe across all platforms
Hands-On Content Creation: Concept, produce, and edit a high volume of engaging short-form video content, motion graphics, and static visuals tailored for TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, and other digital channels
Brand Storytelling: Translate our mission and product features into compelling narratives and creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive user acquisition
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience at every touchpoint
Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance, trends, and audience feedback to iterate on and optimize our creative strategy for maximum impact
Build the Creative Function: As the company scales, define the roadmap for growing the creative team, including hiring, mentoring, and leading future creatives

Required

3+ years of experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand development and successful short-form content creation (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)
Proven ability to be a hands-on creator, with expertise in video production, editing, and graphic design
Proficiency in core creative software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Canva
A deep understanding of the social media landscape and what makes content go viral on different platforms
A strategic mindset with the ability to connect creative work directly to business goals
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside executive leadership
An entrepreneurial spirit—you are a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited by the opportunity to build something from scratch

Preferred

Experience with 3D motion design and creation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender)
A personal passion for collectibles, marketplaces, or the creator economy
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
