They are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with experience in the water treatment industry to provide technical support and training for their products.

Provide phone and email support for sensors, controllers and pumps

Be a technical resource to customers, distributors and customer services reps on products and applications

Create quotes for customers and distributors

Provide technical review and specifications for product selection and create documentation for product exceptions

Conduct troubleshooting for Sales and Product Managers and Engineers and understands design, performance and installation issues potential issues an how it may affect application

Lead product training for distributors, customers and internal personnel

Qualification

Required

Experience in the water treatment industry

Familiarity with equipment or products like metering pumps, controllers, sensors and analytical tools

Ability to be a technical resource to customers, distributors and customer services reps on products and applications

Ability to create quotes for customers and distributors

Ability to provide technical review and specifications for product selection and create documentation for product exceptions

Ability to conduct troubleshooting for Sales and Product Managers and Engineers and understand design, performance and installation issues and how it may affect application

Ability to lead product training for distributors, customers and internal personnel

Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
