Program Administrator- Academy Sports

The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking a part-time Program Administrator for the Academy Sports Department at the Chasco Family YMCA. The role involves providing general administrative support and interacting with various stakeholders while assisting with program registrations and staffing needs.

Responsibilities

Act as primary contact/respondent for related emails and voicemails
Verify program registration forms
Assist with program registration forms, rosters, updating scores in tracking system, and provide weekly program registration reports
Assist with distribution of supplies, equipment, etc. as necessary
Help with clerical work as needed
Assist with onsite program staffing as needed
Assist with staff scheduling, recruitment and interviews

Qualification

Knowledge in sportsCustomer service skillsHuman relations skillsWork with diverse groupsMotivational skills

Required

High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge/experience in sports like soccer, volleyball, basketball, etc
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Exceptional human relations and motivational skills
Ability to work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions and perceptions

Preferred

College degree preferred
