Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and improve all manufacturing processes
Review and disposition non-conforming material in accordance with industry and customer specifications
Manage order processing, including creating detailed drawings, fixturing, and process routings
Maintain all engineering documentation (drawings, procedures, routings, and work instructions)
Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
Interface with suppliers and customers as needed
Support internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and corrective action follow-up
Participate in staff, continuous improvement, and management review meetings
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in an engineering field (equivalent experience considered)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and 2D AutoCAD
Understanding of belt furnaces, fixture design, stamping, coining, machining, welding, electroplating, and hermetic sealing methods
Experience with ERP or MRP systems preferred
Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001, JEDEC 9, MIL-STD-883, and MIL-PRF-38534
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
