Bank Reconciliations
Processes checks, ACH payments, and wires
Research and resolve issues
Work with stop loss payments – reconcile/record/communicate
Responds to vendor and internal inquiries accurately and timely
Facilitates ACH for Void Transaction refunds to clients
Assist in automation and process improvement

Qualification
Required
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Attention to detail and quality
Strong organization and time management skills; effectively handling multiple projects
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Aptitude for working independently and within a team in a collaborative environment
Willingness to think creatively and offer new solutions
Minimum of two years related finance experience and/or training
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred but not required
