Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth marketing strategies focused on direct-to-consumer channels
Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to D2C initiatives, including traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Test and optimize online marketing campaigns, landing pages, and customer funnels to improve conversion rates
Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends and best practices, integrating them into our strategies
Lead A/B testing initiatives to identify the most effective marketing tactics

Required

Proven experience in eCommerce and direct-to-consumer marketing

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
