Responsibilities
Manage all onsite construction activities for custom home builds and renovation projects
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction
Oversee budgeting and financial management of projects, including cost tracking and reporting
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing
Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
Lead and motivate the construction team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Utilize BuilderTrend software to track project progress and communicate with stakeholders
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and standards
Qualification
Required
5+ Years' project management experience leading high end single family residential renovation projects
Proven experience as a Project Manager in custom home construction and renovations
Strong knowledge of construction management principles and best practices
Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
Familiarity with building codes and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
Proficient in construction management software, particularly BuilderTrend
Ability to lead teams and manage conflicts effectively
Preferred
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
