They are seeking a hands-on Electronics Disassembly Technician to disassemble various types of e-scrap, identify valuable components, and ensure secure data destruction while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities
Disassemble all kinds of e-scrap: servers, switches, printers, towers, laptops, vintage tech
Identify/sort components and materials: chips, sticks, sinks, boards, and wires
Perform secure data destruction with zero shortcuts
Load and unload trucks, palletize, and pack materials
Lift, move, organize, and process equipment throughout the shop
Test equipment for quality assurance when needed
Communicate clearly with teammates to keep work flowing
Occasionally greet public drop-off customers and business clients
Keep the shop clean and pitch in wherever needed–yes, everyone takes out the trash
Qualification
Required
Able to regularly lift 50–75 lbs
Self-managed, steady, and on time
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Able to take constructive feedback
Customer-friendly and respectful to people from all walks of life
Willing to work in loud, physical, sometimes dirty environments
Dependable transportation to and from work
Willing to submit to a background check due to data-security requirements
