Responsibilities

This role sits within Ads New Ventures and provides operational backbone across Mid-Market and International advertisers, supporting scaled execution as these segments grow
The position owns critical revenue operations, including invoicing accuracy, QA, and campaign setup aligned to advertiser billing requirements
It also plays a hands-on role in programmatic enablement, managing Keys Programmatic operations such as audience and catalog distribution to partners, monitoring data feeds, and maintaining overall platform and data-sharing health
In parallel, the role supports consumer-facing execution by building landing pages as needed and partnering cross-functionally to translate CX insights into tangible improvements
The ideal candidate is technically agile and execution-oriented, with familiarity in retail media or AdOps—agency experience is a strong plus
This person will be the primary owner of audience management in Hightouch, responsible for all audience builds, health checks, and acting as a technical lead as the team explores future audience and clean room solutions
They will also be explicitly accountable for internal documentation: owning the Ads New Ventures Wiki, proactively creating and updating SOPs, auditing accuracy, and ensuring new processes and changes are clearly documented as the business scales
Success in this role requires comfort working across data platforms and CMS tools, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Required
