Responsibilities
Champion program objectives by aligning business operations with SAP S/4HANA and EWM implementation activities
Lead requirements gathering, business process definition, and design validation sessions
Engage subject matter experts (SMEs) and Super Users during requirements, testing, and deployment phases
Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to project and program teams
Support user adoption and change management initiatives to ensure operational readiness
Define, document, and validate functional requirements and end-to-end process flows
Participate in system configuration reviews and validate proposed solutions against business needs
Lead and coordinate functional and integration testing to ensure end-to-end process integrity
Monitor and resolve system defects, escalating cross-functional issues as necessary
Facilitate data validation, cutover readiness, and go-live support for a smooth system launch
Oversee post go-live stabilization (hypercare), tracking outstanding issues and driving resolution
Provide continuous feedback to inform process and system improvements
Collaborate across IT, operations, and program leadership to ensure a seamless transition to steady-state
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 7 years' experience in distribution and logistics
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional business initiatives
Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS implementations, preferably with SAP S/4HANA and/or Manhattan
Strong business process knowledge and ability to translate operational requirements into system solutions
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise-scale system implementations across global organizations
Familiarity with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) configuration and integration
Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments with tight timelines
Experience supporting change management, training, or organizational readiness initiatives
Strong documentation skills, including process mapping and requirements traceability
