They are seeking a Legal intern to contribute to key projects while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment. The role involves organizing business contracts, supporting a CLM system implementation, and improving compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

Organizing and cataloging existing business contracts, including identifying key terms and metadata
Supporting the implementation of a CLM system, including process mapping, workflow design, and documentation of contract management procedures
Assisting with improving contract agreement processes and internal compliance workflows

Required

Current law student or recent graduate with coursework or experience in contract law and/or business law
Must be able to complete the internship duration: 6–9 months
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with commercial contracts and legal document management
Interest in legal operations, process improvement, and legal technology
Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Driven and enthusiastic about innovation and excellence
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels within the organization
Team-oriented with qualities such as inclusivity, decisiveness, strong facilitation skills, a focus on process improvement, and approachability

Preferred

Experience with CLM tools is a plus but not required
