Mid LevelCyberCoders is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain safety protocols to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and labor to maintain project timelines
Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to management
Perform quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations
Collaborate with project managers to develop and adjust project schedules as needed
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and project documentation
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety measures on the job site
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, preferably in residential and custom home building
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control standards
Familiarity with project management software such as Procore
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and team members
Valid OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations
