Director/ExecutiveRenegade is building an onchain dark pool for institutional trading in the crypto market. They are seeking a trading-native GTM person to bridge the gap between customers and engineering, focusing on building trading artifacts and sourcing counterparties.

Responsibilities
Building trading artifacts: TCA dashboards, performance breakdowns, one-pagers, "how to evaluate us" materials
Source counterparties: stay close to the flows, identify who should talk to us, and get them into the funnel
Get hands-on: run tests, dig into data/logs, maybe write code or build a small internal fund for demonstration
Qualification
Required
Trading-native background is important, and you're already plugged into these conversations
You've worked at (or close to) market-neutral/quant/execution teams, or built trading systems yourself
You're already in the flow: active on Telegram/DMs/CT, and you can warm-intro / get a reply without starting from zero
You can translate DeFi mechanics into execution-native language (and you know what quants will scrutinize), and you're technical enough to go into data/code when needed
