Responsibilities
Perform service calls, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on commercial HVAC systems
Diagnosing and repairing rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, gas/electric systems, and related mechanical and electrical components
Performing other assigned tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for commercial RTUs, split systems, and heat pumps
Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical plans
Experience with low-voltage electrical systems
EPA Certification required
Preferred
Experience with basic control interfaces (thermostats, BAS integration points) is a plus
Experience working with or around Building Automation Systems is a plus
