Senior LevelCyberCoders is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities
Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and necessary materials
Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimations
Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather additional data for estimates
Maintain a database of costs and supplier information to improve the estimation process
Present estimates and justifications to clients and management
Monitor project costs and provide reports to ensure adherence to budget guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry
Strong understanding of commercial and industrial construction processes
Proficiency in estimation software and tools
Knowledge of materials and labor costs for concrete, wood frames, and steel
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
