Responsibilities

Monitor and management of our Host booth for the duration of a 10 hour shift, 4 days a week
Provide Control Room all relevant arrival updates while maintaining a welcoming environment for all members and guests; assuring they are acknowledged in a timely fashion
Directing of nonmember personnel (TSA, CBP, Valet, etc.) upon arrival at PS in coordination with Control Room
Ability to focus attention on member needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Face to face client communications while maintaining a "customer service first" mentality
Cultivate positive relationships with members and guests
Experience working around confidential and sensitive information
Prepare reports for the department
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Required

Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED
California Driver's License in good standing, active for minimum of 1 year
Pass a pre-employment drug screening + background check
Collection of SSN as part of the background check process will be required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
PS is a 24-hour facility and as such we require fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts

Preferred

Previous experience in hospitality and/or airline industry preferred
Experience working with high end clients in a luxury hospitality setting preferred
