Responsibilities
Deliver in-person, remote, and hybrid training for CISS electronic workflow users
Support “train-the-trainer” initiatives to promote sustainable user education
Facilitate onboarding sessions, kickoff meetings, and operational readiness activities
Conduct User Impact Assessments, ROC drills, and role-mapping exercises
Guide departments in updating local workflows to align with statewide standards
Serve as liaison between Client, and other stakeholders
Capture and escalate feedback to improve system performance and training resources
Collaborate with RMS vendors to ensure workflow readiness
Assist with system demonstrations, pilot projects, and feature adoption
Provide weekly status reports summarizing progress, issues, and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Experience in public safety or criminal justice, preferably law enforcement
Strong familiarity with law enforcement workflows, RMS systems, and CJIS applications
Knowledge of CISS electronic workflow components and adjudication processes
Strong training, facilitation, and technical communication skills
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and remote training platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
