This internship is designed for undergraduates in their senior year or graduate students, focusing on developing skills in reporting, analysis, and data management using tools like Excel and Tableau.

Responsibilities

Collections and support staff operations reporting
Funding management support and reporting (how Westgate monetizes the loans it writes to owners)
Mortgage portfolio performance reporting and analysis (e.g. how are loans performing based on FICO score?)
Updating and enhancing our existing suite of Tableau reports
Ad hoc operational support (e.g. how many loans were written for a particular sales center)
Optimizing and organizing existing reporting where applicable
New Tableau reporting supporting other groups such as Digital Marketing, Social Media, Loyalty
Special projects as assigned

Required

Must be an active undergrad in junior or senior year or currently in graduate school
Anticipated or completed degree in Finance, FinTech, Engineering, or Computer Science
Must live within a commutable distance to the Ocoee, FL area
Coursework and advanced experience utilizing Excel – the internship is designed to build on a pre-existing skillset
Coursework or experience using Tableau and working in a relational database environment
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and high attention to detail skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and uses time effectively
