Support a team during a technology refresh project
Assist end users with hardware and software issues
Perform PC deployments
Accurately update asset records in ServiceNow
Troubleshoot technical problems
Install and configure equipment
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Qualification
Required
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Experience in PC deployments
Experience in imaging
Experience with ticketing systems
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with Office 365
Experience with ServiceNow
Strong communication skills
Effective time management
Preferred
A two-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
