Responsibilities
Professionally handle inbound calls from customers and partners
Log cases on NowSupport with precise information to aid problem resolution by Subject Matter Expert (SME) Teams
Instruct new customers and partners on self-service case logging in NowSupport
Assign cases to the appropriate SME Team in NowSupport
Provide initial triage support via case, phone, or e-mail, solving problems and offering product information efficiently
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication abilities across various levels
Proficiency in asking clear and precise questions to accurately identify customer issues
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision
Prior experience in a contact centre or customer support role within the tech industry, preferably with familiarity in using or supporting the ServiceNow platform
