Responsibilities
Plan and execute field marketing programs including webinars, workshops, executive dinners, sponsorships, and large-scale events
Own the full project lifecycle from kickoff through post-event reporting
Manage vendors, venues, production logistics, and serve as the primary execution contact
Ensure programs meet or exceed registration, attendance, and pipeline goals
Review and manage localization of marketing content from English to Spanish
Ensure accuracy and quality across eBooks, registration pages, email campaigns, and website copy
Develop and maintain sales enablement assets including landing pages, email templates, social copy, and internal communications
Ensure sales teams are informed, prepared, and aligned with marketing initiatives
Manage procurement processes, open purchase orders, track budgets, and reconcile expenses
Build and maintain event playbooks to document processes and improve scalability
Identify opportunities for optimization to ensure repeatable and high-performing programs
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or event management with hands-on execution ownership
Fluent in Spanish (required)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex logistics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive projects to completion
Willingness to travel within the U.S. and to Mexico (2-3 times per year, Mexico City)
