Responsibilities
Define and lead program charters for technical initiatives, outlining scope, timelines, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and engineering resourcing
Perform technical due diligence to evaluate engineering scope, identify technical risks, and manage dependencies between engineering teams
Develop technical analysis, tools, and processes that support engineering execution, excellence, and velocity
Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and engineering leaders to resolve prioritization misalignments and manage escalations
Design and execute optimized communication plans that articulate technical concepts and program status to both technical and executive audiences. Establish program governance and track key metrics to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience with cloud networking
Experience with compliance
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience using Agile methodologies
