Dispatcher/Customer Service - Portland, OR
Cook Solutions Group, listed as a 100 Best Companies to Work for, is looking for a Full-Time Dispatcher with excellent customer service skills. The role involves monitoring dashboards and ticketing systems while providing timely customer service and dispatching field technicians as needed.

Responsibilities
Create service calls requested via email or telephone calls from customers
Answer incoming telephone calls, directs the calls to the appropriate person and takes accurate messages
Monitor Dashboards and Ticketing systems
Assist Service Managers with updating clients as needed on status of jobs and/or requests
Assist with special projects and support other admin staff
Dispatch calls to the appropriate technician based on geographical location and technician skillset

Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or GED equivalent
one to two years related experience and/or training
ability to integrate into the 'We Make It Happen!' culture
excellent customer service skills
excellent communication skills
excellent time management skills
professional attitude and appearance
