Responsibilities
Own day-to-day field service in your territory, including service calls, installations, and preventive maintenance on CNC equipment
Perform field service, installations, or PMs as required
Resolve customer issues, provide sales support, and deliver some training
Communicate effectively with a variety of different people
Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations
Take ownership of all service cases and projects; keep customer records and technical documentation current
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers
Developed troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Preferred
Experience with Swiss-style machines is a strong plus
