Collabtech Group is a fast-growing, international technology company headquartered in Mesa, Arizona. They are seeking a Finance & HR Director to oversee financial operations and human resources functions, playing a critical role in shaping financial strategy and building scalable HR systems.

Responsibilities

Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
Develop and manage annual budgets and long-term financial models to support rapid growth
Provide clear, actionable financial insights to the executive team and stakeholders
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors, banks, tax advisors, and international accounting firms
Ensure compliance with U.S. and international financial regulations
Implement and optimize scalable financial systems, tools, and processes
Oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits
Build and scale HR infrastructure to support a growing, international workforce
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee programs aligned with company culture
Partner with leadership to support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR-related matters
Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy
Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
Help prepare the company for its next stage of growth, including potential expansion, acquisitions, or investment
Champion a positive, fun, and high-performance company culture

Required

8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance and/or HR leadership roles
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
Experience working with international teams or global operations
Proven ability to build scalable systems and processes
Hands-on, adaptable leader comfortable in a dynamic, evolving environment

Preferred

Experience in a fast-growing technology or services company strongly preferred
