Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of experience in front-end engineering, conversational UI development, or enterprise application development
In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college
Preferred
Demonstrating familiarity with Microsoft Teams app development
Applying understanding of conversational UX and accessibility standards
Operating comfortably in regulated enterprise environments
Translating business workflows into conversational interactions
Being familiar with bot frameworks, enterprise authentication, and cloud services
Developing and customizing conversational UI components (Adaptive Cards, rich cards, buttons, forms) to support People Tech scenarios such as HR inquiries, policy guidance, learning pathways, and workflow navigation
Building and deploying conversational bot experiences using Azure Bot Framework SDK and Composer, integrating Azure Cognitive Services (LUIS/Orchestrator) and enterprise channels including Microsoft Teams, Web Chat, and Direct Line
