Jr. Business Development / Capture Analyst

Tomorrow is seeking a Business Development / Capture Analyst to support their federal growth efforts. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, supporting capture strategy, and helping execute proposals while working closely with executive leadership and teaming partners.

Responsibilities

Identify and track federal opportunities using Deltek GovWin, SAM.gov, and Salesforce
Maintain and update the federal pipeline in Deltek GovWin and Salesforce
Support capture planning, win themes, and competitive research
Assist with RFIs, white papers, and proposal development activities
Track proposal milestones, compliance, and action items
Support partner coordination and teaming activities
Attend DC-area industry days, customer meetings, and partner sessions as needed
Direct Report to C-Level leadership

Required

Experience with Deltek GovWin, SAM.gov, and Salesforce
Ability to maintain and update the federal pipeline in Deltek GovWin and Salesforce
Experience in supporting capture planning, win themes, and competitive research
Ability to assist with RFIs, white papers, and proposal development activities
Experience in tracking proposal milestones, compliance, and action items
Ability to support partner coordination and teaming activities
Willingness to attend DC-area industry days, customer meetings, and partner sessions as needed
Ability to work closely with executive leadership, capture leads, and teaming partners
