Responsibilities

Support the Los Angeles County Department of Building and Safety at the Calabasas Building and Safety Section Office by providing permit intake and customer service support for building and safety operations

Perform initial screening of permit applications to ensure completeness and compliance with submittal requirements

Assist at the public counter by interacting directly with permit applicants, contractors, and design professionals

Work closely with Plan Reviewers and Engineers to support the permit review process

Facilitate accurate routing of applications

Help ensure timely processing
