Responsibilities
Develop and drive multi-year strategic plans aligned with CO+I’s business goals. Translate vision into actionable roadmaps and OKRs
Lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception through execution. Ensure alignment across stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes
Conduct research to inform strategic decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and guide prioritization. Drives evaluation of CO+I strategic alternatives (e.g., buy, build, partner) and acquisition alternatives. Ensures strategic roadmap, go-to-market, integration plans, and related issues are considered. Applies expertise in multiple aspects of the business to proactively identify and address business concerns including the trajectory and impact of external trends on the business
Create and present strategy papers, business cases, and executive briefings. Distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. Communicates and advocates insights to senior business leaders (e.g., Senior Directors, GM-level, CVP) and conveys viewpoints through written documents (e.g., memos, reports) and influence models (e.g., meetings, presentations)
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational agility and decision-making
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Facilitate alignment across engineering, operations, finance, and partner teams. Takes measures to determine scope and impact to develop appropriate solutions and includes key stakeholders in scoping process. Engages with and understands business stakeholder needs and determines relevant deliverables that drive business insights enabling business decisions
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
12+ years of experience in business strategy, business analytics, program management
12+ years in cloud infrastructure, operations, or management consulting
MBA or equivalent graduate degree or work experience
Experience in a global matrixed organization
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data into insights
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
Experience with strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, OKRs, Porter's Five Forces)
