Responsibilities

Provide daily functional support for Salesforce and .NET Marketing & Sales applications
Serve as primary onsite contact for end-user issues, questions, and enhancement requests
Triage, investigate, and resolve incidents with offshore L2/L3 support teams
Monitor system performance and support problem-management activities
Collaborate with business teams to identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements
Document issues, resolutions, and processes for knowledge sharing
Support change management including user testing and communication
Participate in status meetings with updates on incidents, priorities, and risks
Maintain understanding of Marketing & Sales business processes for application alignment

Required

Hold 1-3 years' experience in application or functional support within AMS environments

Show strong knowledge of Marketing & Sales business processes and workflows
Gain experience with incident management, ticketing systems, and problem management
Work effectively with offshore teams across support tiers
Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Commit to full-time onsite work in Houston, TX
