Responsibilities
Own Pallet's social presence: Run Pallet's social accounts and editorial calendar; publish consistently from the Pallet handle in partnership with leadership and the broader team
Turn ideas into engagement: Transform internal ideas, customer wins, and industry insights into content people actually want to engage with
Run Supply Chain Insiders: Own production and distribution of Pallet's video interview series — coordinate guests, shape narratives, and turn long-form interviews into weeks of high-impact social content
Create high-taste content: Produce written, visual, and video content that positions Pallet as the category leader in AI for logistics
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, sales, leadership, and customers to surface and tell the best stories
Obsess over performance: Experiment, iterate, and double down on what works — measuring success by reach, engagement, and conversation, not just output
Qualification
Preferred
Strong creative taste across social, writing, and video
Proven track record of building a media presence (company brand or personal brand)
Deep understanding of how content spreads on LinkedIn
Comfort working directly with executives and shaping their public voice
High ownership, strong judgment, and a bias toward action
